Marysabelle is my Personal Trainer and I have had over 10 sessions with her so far. She has been consistently excellent (as in AAA+++). Besides it being very apparent that she's highly qualified for her role as a Personal Trainer, Marysabelle draws on her experience, studies as a physician and a keen bent toward mental and physical therapy to strategize to get me to my goals and beyond. Each time I come in Marysabelle has her detailed daily notes with varied routines ready. Frankly I've had trainers before and I haven't seen tactic and strategy applied as I have with Marysabelle. Besides this structure, Marysabelle pushes me each time to achieve results. She keeps me interested and motivated and I'm (nicely) exhausted after each session! Marysabelle had a detailed nutrition plan and lifestyle tips tailored to me as she has used a 360 degree approach to attain my goals. She has helped me break boundaries, challenged me to be better and thus given me more than just great physical results. I didn't cook, but I'm cooking now and loving it, thanks to Marysabelle! I have anxiety when it comes to working out due to asthma and past injuries. Tammy helped me ease my way into working out going at the pace that I was comfortable with. I would strongly recommend personal training at OTS to anyone who asked. I've been training with Daniel S. for 7 months now - there's a few things I appreciate about training with him: He's extremely personable. He has the social skills, as well as a breadth of training knowledge and experience, allowing him to get my best every session. Daniel is also extremely hard working which allows for flexibility in booking sessions. It seems like he's always willing to extend his work day to make sure you get a session in on your requested day. His style of training also yields great results. He will tailor the training type and frequency based on your goals, and spend time preparing custom sessions to get maximum results for you. This was the best decision I made for myself and health. I've started and stopped exercising countless times over the last decade and have never been able to keep myself committed until I started training at OTS - I've been there 2 years now and train regularly and weekly. I've lost weight, my energy is amazing (and I do shift work), and I'm at a level of fitness I haven't had since high school. I joined OTS after a recommendation about the owner Daniel and how his style and approach is completely different from typical corporate gyms or franchise gyms. He tailored an exercise program for my fitness level and geared it to meet my goals. I'm now training beyond a level I thought I ever could (gyms were never my thing but now I'm lifting and doing full body work outs on a regular). The philosophy and approach are what got me started here. I commuted from Mississauga to his beaches location until the etobicoke location opened. I'm not speaking in hyperbole or boosting. This place, the program they have and the staff have made training exciting and something I have been able to commit to. My body and health are a testament to that and I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
